Thank you for shopping at 31 Virtues! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. 

Processing Time
 

* Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

*During sales or high-volume periods, may take a bit longer -- we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently only ship within the U. S.  We offer free standard shipping on all orders

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses & Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

* Double-check your address and surrounding areas.

*Check with neighbors or building management.

*If it still can't be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

* Your order number

* A photo of the damaged item we'll be happy to help
