Returns For Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds to your original form of payment. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which you can use on any future purchase at our online boutique.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return and receive store credit:
*Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
*Items must be Unworn, Unwashed, and free od rips, stains, odors, or pet hair. (or feathers if that's what you're into)
*Items must have all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back at your expense.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at Kealyshae@31virtues.shop with:
*Your order number
*The item(s) you wish to return
*A brief reason for return
Once approved, we'll send you return instructions and our return address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Issuing Store Credit
*Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you a store credit gift code within 3-5 business days.
*Store credit does not expire and can be used online at any time.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and are considered final sale:
*Items marked "Final Sale" or discounted
*Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits
*Accessories
*Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect item, please email us at Kealyshae@31virtues.shop within 3 days of delivery.
Include a photo and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
